Terminology Commonly Used With Modular Buildings and Portable Cabins

Posted by Nutria in General on 09 30th, 2009 | No Comments

There are various words used throughout the industry to describe a modular or portable building and to clarify these we have listed the ones most commonly used;

Modular Buildings: The term modular buildings is used to describe made up of individual modules that are transported to site and erected to form a larger area. An unlimited amount of modules can be used and erected side by side or back to back. Modular buildings can be single storey, double storey or multi storey buildings.

Portable Cabins: The term portable cabin is used to describe a self contained unit with four walls. The term portable cabin is also sometimes described as a portable building or temporary building. Portable cabins are generally jack leg units, jack leg cabins which are fitted to enable the correct leveling off the ground.

Pre-fabricated buildings: prefabricated buildings Is a term used to describe buildings that are manufactured under factory conditions prior to delivery to site.

Temporary buildings: temporary buildings is a term used to describe both modular buildings and portable cabins when their use is of a temporary nature. This term includes hiring a modular building or hiring a portable cabin.

Jack Leg Cabins: The term Jack Leg Cabin is used to describe portable cabins which have jack legs on them. The Jack legs enable the portable cabin to be lifted off the ground. Jack leg Cabins range from 8’ x 9’ to 60’x12’ and have their own heating, lighting and electricity supply.

Volumetric buildings: Volumetric building is an alternative term used to describe a modular building. It is also used to describe a pre-fabricated building, temporary modular building and a portable building.

Internet homepage design tips: Basic principles of web design

Posted by Nutria in General on 09 30th, 2009 | No Comments

So, you want to be a web designer? One of the elite few who can accomplish an entire day’s work without ever having to put on pants. Unfortunately, you’re not the first one to get this brilliant idea. There’s a lot of competition out there, but the good news is that the vast majority of that competition is terrible. The trick isn’t so much to be good, it’s more about avoiding being bad.

But what is it that makes for a bad web page? The most general answer is “unprofessionality.” Making a professional web site doesn’t require money, extensive knowledge of HTML, fancy design tools, or anything else. All you need to know is what not to do.

1. Java

Ever since it’s introduction in the mid 90′s, Sun’s “Java” programming language has been the bane of the web. A Java “applet” is like a normal program for your computer, except that it runs inside a web page. There is nothing quite so annoying as going to a site only to hear your browser grind to a halt and announce “Applet Loading.” After that nasty process is over, the actual Java applet is almost certain to slow the user down, annoy them, and so on. You’ll never see Java on a professional page, ever.

2. Animated GIFs

The animated GIF was the original format for “moving pictures” on the web, and exists today mainly in the form of banner ads. While it’s fine for that, use of animated GIFs for “cute” purposes (an animated letter for e-mail, for example) is a sure sign of an amateur web designer. If you aren’t sure how an image needs to be animated, it doesn’t.

3. “Under Construction”

This is getting less and less common, but is the absolute surest sign of an inexperienced web designer. All web pages are always under construction. That is the nature of the web; ever changing. There’s no need to put up a sign announcing this; it’s understood.

Rappelz: Active Skills of Hunters

Posted by Nutria in General on 09 30th, 2009 | No Comments

Rappelz: Active Skills of Hunters
Dear friends, nice to see you in Thepowerlevel, thanks to the loyal and new Rappelz customers for supporting us all the time, we will devote all efforts to returning, once again, thank you! And we have collected the mainly information on the other site.

Arrow of Delay: keep it at level 3 to access heat shot, a good skill to use, efficient mp cost which makes it spammable. Basically it decreases the movement speed of the enemy. Loading Restrain: this is a skill that in my opinion, is only good for pvp, so leave it alone till later on when you can actualy do decent pvp around level 45 or so.

Heat Shot: Learn it till level 3, it is a good early game skill for its burst damage, but very mp taxing. Energy Charge: max this skill asap, gives you 80hp/12mp per skill level. Basically this is why you can grind till lvl 35 without much downtime.

Spiracle Shock shot: learn this skill till lvl 3, it knockback the mob and stuns it for a certain duration depending on the skill level. Not efficient for grinding due to mp cost and cooldown, good for saving lives including your own. And We would provide you the cheapest Rappelz Rupees with the fastest delivery.

Virulent Arrow: Basically quite useless outfield, because it does damage over 60s. Nobody will want to kill a mob in 60s unless its a boss. So keep it at level 3 first to access your final skill freezing arrow.

Freezing Arrow: Max it at level 3, again a skill used mostly for saving lives due to its cooldown. However, please note that upon freezing, there is a chance to release the mob from its frozen state following a hit.

With all these skills in place, you’re free to max your skills as you deem fit, only proceed to Jlvl35 when you feel like it, because right now thunderbolt revelation which seems like an awesome skill is not working, and mental concentration which adds 45% crit ratio is mainly for boss killing and pvp.

Burning Hell Build of Requiem Shaman

Burning Hell Build of Requiem Shaman
Dear friends, nice to see you in Thepowerlevel, thanks to the loyal and new Requiem customers for supporting us all the time, we will devote all efforts to returning, once again, thank you! And we have collected the mainly information on the other site.

Max it out. Mine was level 2 at the time of CB end, with level 2 DNA. We can’t say enough good stuff about this spell. It has it’s drawbacks, so let is get those out of the way now. It has a 1.5 sec casttime, which is actually the fastest cast time we found of a spell not instant cast, but a fairly long cast animation, however it is cancelled by any type of movement at all.

Even after the 1.5 secs cast time has elapsed, if you move your character at all during the ensuing cast animation, the spell will fail to fire off. Also, if you attempt to cue up the next spell you wish to cast, at any point before burning hell actually fires off, the spell will fail to cast and you will instead cast the other spell.

Also, you have to be facing your target, within about 60 degrees either to the left or right of your intended target, otherwise the spell will fail to cast. Oh yeah, and we think it has a 17.6 second cooldown time. You can also buy Requiem Lant from our site.

Holy friggin’ damage. At level 1, with no DNA, Burning Hell beats a level 5 Flame Arrow with lvl 5 Flame Arrow DNA. My lvl 2 Burning Hell with level 2 DNA did 246 normal DMG per target, up to 8 targets, with all of them receiving the full force of that DMG. It also did an additional 21/2 per target of continuous burning DMG per target for 10 secs, which like the secondary DOT of Fire Totem, was modified upwards with INT.
