Do you already have a very old photo album of family, perhaps in the house of your grandparents, and had no idea who are the people in the photographs were? Sometimes, no one remembers who they are, and part of your family history is lost forever.

Often, there is nothing for the photos. No name, no appointments, no sites.

One way to ensure that, as regards the albums you create, it is time for the public. Today, the creation of photo albums has become an art as a scrap book. These albums are more than just pictures on a page. They are stories of family, i.e., from generation to generation.

Journaling is important for several reasons. First, it is valuable genealogical information for future generations. Secondly, logging is an opportunity for you to ensure that the stories of your life and your family life persevered. Also, it allows your albums with which to search, without saying, you have the whole album. You can take the time to learn about the album she liked the pictures and read the legends and stories.

What should you store your album? You need acid; permanent pens are created for scrap booking. It is important to these types of pins, because they are photo-safe. They are not damaging the environment of photos over time. You can pin in a variety of colors or black. The colors you use, but are not as important as the words on the page.

At least, you must write the identity data, in conjunction with your photos. This would be the man, and the names they have been in contact with you. It could be as simple as “My cousin Jack White,” our neighbor Bill Smith “or” My team and a good friend of Jill Jones. “People with a little more information than their name are useful, which is characterized by your albums
Besides the definition of information, many people choose to go further in their journaling. They tell stories, which, with pictures. These can be short paragraphs to emphasize what was happening or writing pages full of memories.

If you are new to journaling and not, as you in your album, try some of these tips:

Lists are great for an album instead of just numbers. For example, if an album for a child, you can list their favorite things – food, books, toys, TV programs, songs, etc and distribute them throughout the album, where he there are spaces.

Ask yourself, others write in your albums. Get your Kid’s father to write his view of his fourth birthday. Do you have a friend a trip to write their thoughts on the trip?

Do you use poems or quotations that are likely in some areas? Do you have a small white area on the top of the image of Halloween? Looking for something sweet squash poetry to fill it in

If you on important information to identify or to go even further and tell stories with your albums, journaling your personal albums. In addition, future generations with information they will be grateful for.
